Guidance report: industrial warehouses

By applying robust design guidelines to each new facility, ProLogis delivers consistently high quality buildings that not only help cut occupational costs, but can also reduce the customer’s carbon footprint.

DC3, a 382,000 sq ft distribution warehouse at ProLogis Park Stoke, which has been leased to a large UK retailer, has achieved both BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and an EPC ‘A’ rating. Therefore, the building’s template, together with Target Zero’s recommendations for similar projects, will provide a generic set of best practice guidelines for others to use.
